3.2.9. In.pokermatch.com reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity when you deposit funds into your account at in.pokermatch.com. To verify your identity, in.pokermatch.com may request proof of identity, such as a copy of your passport/ID card or any payment cards used, a utility bill in your name, or a Skype video call. Documents in Cyrillic or Latin alphabet are accepted for verification. Failure to provide this information may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.
3.2.10. In the event of suspicious or fraudulent deposits, including the use of stolen credit cards or any other fraudulent activity (including refunds or cancellations of payments), the Company reserves the right to block your account, cancel any payment made, and recover any winnings. In.pokermatch.com is not responsible for delays in the banking networks or the failure of payment processing organizations, which may result in delays in transactions processing, the need for re-processing or cancellation of transactions, freezing of funds or blocking of the account. In such cases, in.pokermatch.com shall not be liable for any actual or consequential damages incurred by the user.
3.2.13. In.pokermatch.com informs its customers that funds from customers are kept and maintained separately from the company’s operational funds.
3.2.14. In.pokermatch.com has the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to block a player’s account if that player is a citizen of the Russian Federation and/or makes a deposit from a card issued by a Russian bank. The account may be blocked at any time with a complete restriction of the possibility to withdraw funds for additional verification, which can take up to 365 days.
3.3. Payments on Winnings:

If you withdraw funds that do not belong to you before in.pokermatch.com knows about the error, the mistakenly transferred amount will be considered as your debt to in.pokermatch.com. 3.3.3. In addition to regular verification procedures, in.pokermatch.com conducts additional verification procedures for any payment exceeding the equivalent of 1,000 USD, and reserves the right to conduct such verification procedures for smaller payments as well.
3.4. Funds withdrawal from your account.
3.4.1. You may withdraw funds from your playing account on the Website up to the available balance amount at in.pokermatch.com by submitting a valid notice of withdrawal.
3.4.2. For safety reasons, you can withdraw up to ₹80,000 within a week and up to ₹20 lakh within a month.
3.4.3. Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the Website. in.pokermatch.com does not accept withdrawal requests by phone or email, and its employees are prohibited from violating this rule.
3.4.4. If the requested amount exceeds ₹80,000 or if additional verification is necessary, you must provide a digital photo of a valid ID card, passport or utility bill. If you have deposited funds using a bank card, you must also provide a digital photo of the front side of the card with the first six and last four digits of the card number visible.
3.4.5. in.pokermatch.com generally does not charge fees for deposit or withdrawal transactions made by regular customers. However, using the system for transferring money is not allowed, and players who engage in such behavior may be required to pay an additional commission. - Provides real-time advice on the next step in the Game, including the means for ICM analysis and calculation;
- Attempts to block any of our devices that are designed to detect fraud and deception.

5.1.5. Ban on collusion:
In order to maintain a fair and transparent gameplay experience, players are prohibited from acting together with other players to gain an advantage. Specifically, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Intentionally playing to benefit another player or group of players, even if there is no clear agreement between them and regardless of whether this causes actual damages to others, is not allowed;
- Using soft play against friends, i.e., playing less aggressively against someone you know than you would against an unknown opponent;
- Using chip dumping, i.e., intentionally losing hands or manipulating the game in order to transfer funds to another player;
- Sharing information about closed cards in the current deal with other players. Discussion of closed cards is permitted after the deal and is at the discretion of the user. Players should exercise caution, as this could be a possible bluff;

5.1.6. Prohibition of “gold framing”:
- Players must play on their own behalf and for their own benefit.

5.1.11. Prohibition on Unfair Advantage
Any attempts to gain an unfair advantage over other players, whether prohibited by the rules or not, are not permitted.

5.1.15. In order to maintain an active user base, PokerMatch India reserves the right to close accounts and cancel the balance of inactive players. A player will be deemed inactive if they have not conducted any financial or gaming transactions within the last 48 months.

16.2.1. Countries with restrictions
The following countries are restricted from using Play’n’Go games:
Afghanistan, Alderney, America Samoa, Angola, Australia, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cambodga, Croatia, Czech Republic, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), Denmark, Dutch Carribean including Curacao and Aruba, Ethiopia, Hungary, Iraq, Iran, Italy, Laos, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Serbia, Switzerland, Sweden, Syria, Uganda, United Kingdom, USA, Vanuatu, Yemen, Georgia.
16.2.3. Prohibited games in certain countries
The game HUGO is prohibited in Denmark.
16.2.4. Exceptions to restricted jurisdictions
If evidence of holding a relevant license, approval, or permit issued by a restricted jurisdiction can be provided, that territory can cease to be restricted only if the license, approval, or permit is valid and Play’n GO provides express written approval. However, Play’n GO has the right to grant or refuse such approval at its sole discretion. Any approval is subject to refusal or subsequent withdrawal by Play’n GO at any time if it believes that granting or maintaining such approval is likely to cause commercial, reputational, legal, or regulatory risk for Play’n GO.
16.3.1. Restricted countries
A. Absolute Restriction
Yggdrasil content cannot be accessed in the following countries:
Afghanistan, American Samoa, Bahamas, Botswana, Cambodia, Congo, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, French Guyana (.FR), Ghana, Guam, Guinea Bissau, Holy See (Vatican City), Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Malaysia, Marshall Islands, Martinique (.FR), Nicaragua, North Korea, Occupied Palestinian Territory, Pakistan, Panama, Poland, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Reunion (.FR), Saint Barthelemy (.FR), Saint Martin (.FR), Saint Pierre and Miquelon (.FR), Singapore, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Taiwan, Trinidad & Tobago, Tunisia, USA, US Minor Outlying Islands, Venezuela, Virgin Islands (U.S.), Yemen, Zimbabwe
B. Regulated Territories
Yggdrasil content is permitted only if a license has been obtained from the local regulator and approved by Yggdrasil.
The following territories are included:
